Preparation for drone landing on Titan


US Space Agency NASA (National Preparation for drone landing on Titan

Air transportation and Space Administration) is planning to send an automaton named Dragonfly on Saturn’s biggest moon ‘Titan‘. 

The nuclear-powered mission is part of NASA’s competitive ‘New Frontiers’ the program, which launched the ‘New Horizons’ spacecraft, the first to travel to the dwarf planet Yam. Preparation for drone landing on Titan

The launch is expected to launch the drone in 2026 and reach ‘Titan’ in 2034. It is planned to land on some mounds of ‘Titan‘ first and later on a pit. The cost of this mission has been fixed at around 85 million dollars.
